NTU’s new institute turns green ideas to reality
NTU’s Nanyang Environment and Water Research Institute (NEWRI) was officially launched by Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, Dr Yaacob Ibrahim. NEWRI coordinates the efforts of the University’s various research groups in environment and water technologies in addition to promoting collaborations between researchers and industry players. The institute will boost Singapore’s drive to become a global hydrohub.
